New to fitness… What do I do?

Did you wake up this morning, look at yourself in the mirror and think “I have got to change”? But the problem you are facing is you’re not sure how to start, and how to get what you want. But it’s OK, we’ve all been there.

The thing is you’ve been here before and this is the fifth, sixth, or the seventeenth time you’ve tried to drop a dress size or get that beach body you’ve fantasised about. But it didn’t work last time, or the time before that, and the time before that. Thing is, you’ve said the thing we’ve all said before “it’s going to be totally different this time”

Before you know it, your Googling what fitness class to join, which boot camps work best or should you go down the CrossFit route. Then, if like a lot of people, you get swamped with the amount of info you have in front of you, intimidated.

So, you’ve decided how to train, now for the nutrition. There’s no right or wrong way when it comes to dieting. It’s what works for you. We’re all individual.

Let’s delve into the usual do’s and don’ts of kick-starting your new fitness adventure, but if you’re really swapped to the point that you just can’t get motivated to kick start yourself, then why not check out how to by attending BodyPower Experience in May 2019. It’s time to pull yourself together, first of all, now, right now is the first day of the rest of your life. So, let’s get started. Go back to the last time you tried to get the body you craved so much. Exactly how successful were you? Why did you stop? Did someone make you stop?

Take what made you stop last time and ditch that. It didn’t work. So, it’s now time to applaud yourself, you now know what to do going forwards. They say it takes 20 times to break a habit, so keep on going and break it. Keep thinking to yourself over and over again about that beach body you want or that waistline you crave, whatever it is make yourself gain the result.

If you want to succeed at changing your fitness levels. Remember these four things. Educate yourself on how to get into shape, find yourself Inspiration and understand why you want to get that body you crave and surround yourself by those that will help you along the way.
