Online. For BodyPower events, you can book online or contact The Ticket Factory. We do also sell tickets on the day of the event, but these are charged at a higher price than advance bookings and are subject to availability.
VIP, Platinum and Standard ticket holders will receive a e-ticket ticket via The Ticket Factory prior to the event. (Note: Please ensure spam/junk folders are check for your e-ticket). You scan your ticket at the entrance to get access to the show.
Ticket upgrades are available on the day from our ticket booths. To upgrade tickets, the difference will have to be paid from the original to the upgrade price. Ticket upgrades are dependent on availability.

Yes! Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more so by all means get a group of friends, family or colleagues together. To do this you won’t be able to book either online or via our app. You need to email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +44 (0)1926 485 423.

Yes, there is full disabled access at the NEC including disabled parking.
If you're an industry professional with purchasing responsibility or a Gym Owner then BodyPower Trade is FREE to register. If you would then like to enter the consumer halls, a ticket will need to purchased from the kiosks onsite.
Consumer ticket holders are unable to enter the BodyPower Trade hall if they are not an industry professional.
Yes. BodyPower Experience is a family friendly show and welcomes all ages. Children under five can enter the show for free. Children over 5+ must have a ticket and we do not offer concessionary tickets. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
This year BodyPower Experience has 6 ATM machines spread out around the exhibition hall, as well as the NEC have plenty of available cash points on site.
Yes. This is a health and fitness show after all, so we understand some visitors have very specific dietary requirements. There are, however, lots of great places to eat within BodyPower Experience.
No pets or animals are allowed into the show except guide dogs.
Yes, the NEC has a cloak room facility located at the entrance of the expo. There is a small charge for this service.
Standard and disabled parking at the NEC is £12 per day. NEC Express Parking is £20 and can be booked in advance here: https://necparking.apcoa.co.uk/Express.aspx
The show is open from 9am (for VIP and Platinum ticket holders) and 10:30 for Standard ticket holders. You can start queuing from 8am.

Almost all of the athletes listed will be at the expo for all three days. Unfortunately, we cannot be any more specific than that as the majority of athletes attending BodyPower Experience come with their own sponsors and are managed by those sponsors.
